TURNING GOALS INTO RESULTS – Okay, so every year I begin this newsletter with a similar message. Rather than waste time and energy on New Year Resolutions that go nowhere, here’s a time tested simple process for getting done what you want to get done. As evidence, here’s a look at how I did in 2018, and my plans for 2019.

I’ve been practicing the following process for the better part of 50 years, taught to me at an early age by several success business people.

  1. Goals in writing
  2. Being specific as to what entails completion (date, etc)
  3. Track activities and progress on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
  4. Share with others to hold you accountable.
